How do you attach the wings to the back? I'm having so much trouble >.<

Upon receiving the wings you un-bend them so the back brace lays flat. You then tie an elastic strap on each side at the base of the wing and the bottom corner of the brace, or, you can just tuck them into the back of a bodice as long as it is snug.
